Who are we ?

ODIS3A is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses Advocacy, Access, and Action to eradicate chronic disease. Our droplet-fingerprint logo symbolizes the unique impact each person has on their community—because every ripple matters. We focus on five determinants of health: movement, nutrition, finances, home environment, and social support..

We foster a collective impact of fitness professionals, healthcare providers, and public health practitioners to push the boundaries of what's possible when creating lasting changes. Our visionary approach goes beyond simple solutions to ensure true equity and access to healthcare for all.

The Vision

  • Group of people sitting in a circle around a campfire outdoors at sunset, attending a workshop or discussion with a woman presenter standing near a whiteboard.

    Advocacy

At-risk youth and emerging adults in underserved communities are equipped with evidence-based knowledge and leadership skills to advocate for healthier environments, prevent chronic disease, and make informed lifelong health decisions.

  • A group fitness class for children in a gymnasium, led by a female instructor doing a yoga pose, with children on colorful mats participating.

    Access

Underserved communities are connected to culturally responsive programs, resources, and environments that remove barriers and make healthy living achievable, sustainable, and equitable.

  • A diverse group of people in an outdoor meeting around a wooden table, engaged in discussion, with documents and laptops, in a park on a sunny day.

    Action

Individuals and communities actively translate knowledge into practice through hands-on initiatives that strengthen healthy behaviors and reduce chronic disease risk.
