Welcome to “Off Call”

Healthcare and other “on-call” professionals dedicate their lives to caring for others, yet many lack intentional spaces to care for themselves. Outside of work and home, most social environments center around nightlife, networking, or passive entertainment—none of which address the physical, mental, and financial pressures they carry. Long shifts, emotional labor, and significant financial obligations often leave these workers exhausted and isolated, with limited opportunities to restore themselves or connect with peers who understand their experience.

Off Call was created to fill that gap. It provides a third space where professionals can restore their bodies, strengthen community, and build long-term wellbeing through movement experiences, restorative conversations, and workshops focused on economic resilience and mental health.
