Stretch & Sip: Snack on This…

Through gentle movement, guided conversation, and interactive education, the session reframed snacking as a strategic health tool—supporting energy, hormonal balance, recovery, and sexual wellness—without diet culture, overwhelm, or gimmicks.

The experience served 15 attendees and featured two guest contributors. Snacks included oven-roasted chickpeas, Greek yogurt parfaits with almond butter granola, and cold-pressed juices. The event was co-hosted by ILEKAN Athletic Club member Laniese Wallace, creator of the Snack on This concept.
