Healthcare and other “on-call” professionals face unique physical, mental, and financial pressures. Long hours, demanding shifts, and high responsibility often leave little time to prioritize self-care. Off Call exists as a “third space” beyond work and home where physicians, nurses, emergency response and other service professionals can restore their energy, build community, and gain tools to thrive both personally and professionally.
